Rutgers, RWJBarnabas Health to Host Cancer Care Symposium

Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and RWJBarnabas Health will convene an academic health symposium on Wednesday, February 6 focused on the future of cancer treatment in New Jersey. The symposium, hosted by Barry Ostrowsky, president and CEO of RWJBarnabas Health, and Brian Strom, chancellor of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, will be held at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey in New Brunswick.

The event will unite diverse perspectives about innovations in cancer research and patient care and include remarks and a Q & A panel with regional cancer care experts including Steven Libutti, director of the Cancer Institute of New Jersey and senior vice president for Oncology Services at RWJBarnabas Health. Registration for the symposium is full, but proceedings will also be available via video livestream.
