Provider Biography
Dr. Peter Hersh is a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Rutgers- NJMS. Dr. Hersh graduated from Princeton University for his undergraduate studies and later became an MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He interned at Lenox Hill Hospital in NY and completed a residency and fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Hersh was once the Director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery and is currently of his own private practice. Dr. Hersh also holds nearly seven patents on ophthalmic devices.
