New Jersey Regional Hemophilia Program
The New Jersey Regional Hemophilia Program is a statewide referral program staffed by the Rutgers Health hematology practice that provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of bleeding disorders. We see adult, pediatric, and adolescent patients for comprehensive family evaluations as well as assistance with adult transition programs. We also have the advantage of an on-site laboratory, which help us provide patients with quicker evaluations.
Physicians who serve the program are faculty members of Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a part of Rutgers University, one of the top research institutions in America. Our physicians are active in research and teach about all aspects of hematology and hemophilia. Each brings leading-edge knowledge from the classroom to the exam room. The program is recognized by and receives funding support from the New Jersey Department of Health and the federal government.
