The Rutgers Health Audiology and Electrophysiology practice provides diagnosis and rehabilitation of hearing loss. Our audiologists work in conjunction with otolaryngologists (ear, nose, and throat specialists, or ENTs) at Rutgers Health. Our practice also performs and oversees a universal newborn hearing screening program, provides services related to cochlear implants, and conducts evaluations for the assessment, selection, and verification of bone-anchored implantable devices.
 
The diagnostic services we provide include:

• Auditory brainstem responses testing (ABR)
• Comprehensive audiology evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, including those with special needs
• Otoacoustic emissions screening and testing (a hearing test measuring an acoustic response from the inner ear)
• Patient evaluation for implantable devices

Physicians who serve our practice are on the faculty of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, a part of Rutgers University, one of the top research institutions in America.
