The Rutgers Health Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition practice fully evaluates and treats pediatric patients with intestinal, hepatobiliary, and nutrition-related disorders. Our pediatricians are sensitive to the needs of infants, children, and adolescents with gastroenterology (GI) disorders.
The conditions we commonly treat include:

- 24-hour esophageal pH/impedance testing
- Capsule endoscopy
- Colonoscopy
- Enteral tube feeding
- Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
- Parenteral nutrition (nutrition transferred by tube)
- Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) placement
- Rectal suction biopsy
- Removal of foreign body and polypectomy
