After receiving her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, Dr. Morelli received her MD Degree with Distinction in Research from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2003. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU School of Medicine, and subsequently completed subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at New Jersey Medical School. She received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in 2017. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). She serves as a Board Examiner for the ABOG Oral Exam in REI. As Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School, and Director of the REI Fellowship Program, Dr. Morelli leads an exceptional group of faculty with extensive clinical experience spanning the breadth of the specialty. She also oversees the clinical and research training of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellows. Dr. Morelli's investigative interest is in disorders of the endometrium, endometrial stem cells and the contribution of bone marrow cells to endometrial function. Her research has been funded by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Association for Obstetricians and Gynecologist
